Italy, not yet saturated by tourists from outside Italy
but a favourite holiday hotspot for Northern Italians.

is situated in a quiet area, but does not feel
isolated. There are several summer residences
and some year-round residents nearby. The villa is located
half way between San Vito dei Normanni and San Michele
Salentino, approx. five minutes drive to either city.
The Adriatic coast is about 20 minutes away, which provides
miles of sandy beach.
Villa Colonnata is the perfect place for those who want
to sunbath or have a swim in private.
If
you need to have a complete rest, mentally or phsysically,
you have found the right place.
The
villa is all on one floor, have no steps and a lot of
privacy. Yet within a short drive you will find lovely
towns, lovely beaches with lots to do and see.
